Britt
was born in Sweden but got to be a star by working in
Italy; she had attended a drama school and then joined
a traveling theater group. Britt first came to be known
as the wife of film comedian Peter Sellers, but she would
make sure that her film career lasted longer than her
marriage.
Britt worked in Italy though the 1960s and into the 1970s,
but made a permanent jump into the international scene
with a role as a “Bond Girl” in “The
Man With the Golden Gun” in 1973.
