Born
the granddaughter of author Roald Dahl, Sophie has talent
in the blood. Originally setting her sights on being a
writer or a actor, she ended up in modeling after she
was spotted by Isabella Blow, a stylist with Vogue; this
chance encounter led to a contract with Storm, a renowned
agency in London. After issues with her figure, she decided
to pose nude for various perfume adds and Sophie became
known for a natural beauty that is uncommon in the wafer-thin
world of fashion modeling.
Sophie has tired to break into the world of film, making
her screen debut in “Mad Cows” in 1999. She
has also appeared in various stage productions, including
a London engagement in a production of “The Vagina
Monologues”.

Sophie
keeps herself in the news by dating various important
people of one kind or another; no matter what she maintains
a upright attitude about the industry and refuses to change
her personal style to fit someone else’s idea of
what a power-player in “the industry” should
be.
Today Sophie continues to work toward having a successful
career in modeling, performing, and creating. She has
published a book entitles “The Man With The Dancing
Eyes” which she classifies as an “adult fairytale”.
We can be sure to see more of Sophie in the future, both
literally and figuratively.
